ESSENTIAL DUTIES
-Assemble meals on salad bar line and prepare food in kitchen
-Adhere to cooking instructions, safety procedures, and sanitary requirements while preparing food
-Greet guests and take orders with a positive, helpful demeanor
-Sanitize work stations, sweep and mop floors, wash kitchen utensils, and keep storage areas neat
-Thoroughly clean equipment after cooking and serving
-Assist in production planning, record-keeping, and reporting
-Communicate clearly with fellow team members and management
-Adhere to personal cleanliness and uniform standards
-Able and willing to lift 40 pounds
-Food handlers license is a plus but not required
